On the way home!
The team is on the way home after a GREAT week. Their ETA (to Concordia) is between 3-3:30 PM. Check back here for updates!
MegaMission Day 4:
It was a great day in Oklahoma City! Three of our four groups were at different sites yesterday. They were able to showcase their flexibility, their endurance, and their passion for this work all over the neighborhood! When the day was done, we also hosted our annual talent show, a big hit for everyone watching and performing! Pray for our crews today and for safe travels home tomorrow! We’re excited to return to San Antonio and share all that God has done!
MegaMission Day 3:
One of our groups returned to Cross and Crown to strip paint for another missionary house, while our demo crew is still going strong and still more are helping at Habitat for Humanity! We saw so many smiles today, and there are so many more to come. Thank you all for your continued prayers and support, and praise God for his faithfulness to our team!!
MegaMission Day 2:
First day on work sites scattered inside and outside the city. Working with long time partners, @restore.okc, our students did some home repairs, served in food pantries, and prayed over members of the community! Can’t wait to see and share more stories of what God is up to!
MegaMission Day 1:
We had a great drive up to Oklahoma City with our high school students on Sunday! We stopped north of Dallas for lunch and got to our host church later in the afternoon. The students unloaded the bus just in time for the rain to hit. Work groups were assigned, and our worship team set a fantastic tone for the rest of our week. We’re grateful for this team, for our leaders, and for all of the staff at Next Step Oklahoma City for making this trip possible!
